William Newman is a self taught artist who for most of his life has drawn and painted for his own pleasure.

Following a successful career as a draughtsman he decided to turn to art in a professional capacity in 2001.

William works in all media and covers a wide range of subject matter but his preference is for portraiture and pastels.
